Aquascutum's Bringing Luxury Back

Gisele Bündchen and Jamie Dornan are back with a new ad campaign for the autumn collection of Aquascutum and it definitely screams luxury, but not in a loud way. My favorite ads last season happened to be Aquascutum and this season they still measure up.

I love the whole atmosphere in the campaign: the rich, executive type of man with the hot and glamorous girlfriend. Although it's not as relatable like the advertisement that the Coppola's did for Louis Vuitton, it still caught my eye and made me think, "Oooh I wanna be just like her and live the luxurious life." Don't we all dream like that?

Well, it is great if we can all have a dream of a prince and he will take care of us like a princess but I think it is even better to be self dependent. Anyway, Aquascutum is turning the image around. It was kind of matronly before and the collection is not much better. I just remembered I saw Madonna wearing a trench by Aquascutum and ran to the store to check it out only to find the collection old. But this ad is really savvy cool.
