I saw some bags like these at a trade show. They are at www.bucklebags.com. The website is not that great but the product looks great in person. I think they've recently shrunk their website because there used to be a lot more options on there. They have 26 different colors of webbing, I think.
Oh, I remember these from 3 or 4 years ago! I don't know if I'd use one now though, I wasn't even a big fan of them then.
I have seen them! They are supposed to be super durable...
